FAQ

Yes, the Fieldoo app is completely free of charge. All you need to do is create your profile. Following an interview process, you will be able to start selecting mini-jobs in your area.

You can edit all your personal information, but you cannot change your email and the information you have filled in the Work Status, that is, your ID, AMKA, AMA & VAT number.

If you want to make any changes in the Work Status, you will need to either contact the Area Manager or send an email to [email protected] for assistance.

Of course, you will be registered and you will have social security. For this reason, when you register in the application, you are asked to fill in your Father’s name, date of birth, gender, marital status, AMKA, and your AMA.

You are paid with PPY (titlos ktisis) and the following will be withheld.

20% tax

3.6% stamp

13.3% social security contribution for pension

6.95% social security contribution for health insurance

For example, if you receive a payment of 100€, 20€ is the tax, 3.60€ is the stamp, 10.18€ is for pension, and 5.32€ is for health insurance.

This implies that your net income will be 60.91€.

Please note that the income earned should not exceed 10,000€ annually, otherwise you are required to be registered as freelancer with books in your tax office.

You have the option to view the questionnaire or anything else requested in the mini task from the moment you apply to a mini-job. Because, as is logical to happen, your connection may not be good inside the store, the margin you will have to complete the questionnaire and upload it is at the latest until the end of the day.

If you have technical problems with the app please follow these steps:

  1. Close the app and open it again Notice: this does not mean returning to your home screen. The app must be closed properly.
  2. If the problem remains: Log out and log in again
  3. If the problem remains: Restart your smartphone.
  4. If the problem remains: Uninstall the app and install it again.
  5. If the problem remains please contact us by sending us an email at [email protected]

Payments are made by depositing into your bank account every week.

With the rewards program, you earn points by completing a mini task or a mini job. In the INCENTIVES section of the application, you will find various gifts and trips. The more points you collect, the closer you are to win and level up.

The levels are as follows:

  • Basic (less than 50 points)
  • Bronze (50 to 100 points)
  • Silver (100 to 500 points)
  • Gold (500 to 1000 points)
  • Platinum (more than 1000 points)

Some mini jobs require you to be at a certain level or higher, so as you level up, you will have the opportunity to see and apply for more mini jobs.

A mini task can be canceled while it is still in progress by simply clicking on the box that says CANCEL MINI-TASK. When you cancel a mini task, all the remaining tasks that have not been completed are also canceled, that is, the entire mini-job.

In case there is a problem during the mini-task, you can report the problem through the application to inform us.

            A small task in a store is a mini task. A mini-job can consist of one to several mini tasks.

If you want to delete your account, go to the application’s Settings & Privacy section, select the option that says Account, and then click on Delete Account.

When you unsubscribe and you have already completed tasks, we will retain your information for legal compliance and tax purposes as long as the law requests. However, if you haven’t started any tasks, all relevant information will be deleted immediately.  

To get started, download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Then, you need to register and start creating your profile. Once your profile is complete, the app will notify you that it’s under review. One of our team members will contact you to schedule an interview where we can identify suitable mini-jobs for you.

Once your profile is approved and there are vacant positions in your area, you can select any mini-job mini-task that suits your skills and preferences. Take care as to provide all necessary details around your profile, such as Social Security number and IBAN to receive payment for your completed tasks.

When you start a mini-job, you’ll be required to answer a questionnaire. Your mini-job is considered completed once you submit the questionnaire with your answers through the app.

Payments for competed tasks are made on the 26th of each month and the money go straight to your account.

The fieldoo pass is a QR code and can be found in the application, in the details of a mini-task that you have applied for. If needed, you can show it to the responsible person of the super market to scan it and see the legal contract that justifies your presence there.
